Starting therapy is a courageous act—it’s an honest recognition that you deserve to feel better. You may be walking in with stress, anxiety, uncertainty, or the quiet hope that things can truly change. I want you to know: you do not have to carry that alone. My primary role is to create a space for you that is safe, confidential, and completely non-judgmental. This is your place to pause, take a breath, and focus on what matters most: you and your goals. We won't just talk about problems; we'll work together to deepen your self-awareness, uncover your inherent strengths, and build a clear path toward a more fulfilling and resilient life.

My style is warm, compassionate, and fundamentally collaborative. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a genuine partnership. I tailor every session to your unique needs, drawing on established, evidence-based practices while maintaining a focus on your personal strengths and lived experience.Whether you are navigating high anxiety, difficult life transitions, persistent relationship challenges, or simply seeking a clearer understanding of who you are, I am here to walk alongside you.

Specialization Areas:

  • Mood & Emotion: Anxiety, chronic stress, depression, and emotion regulation difficulties.

  • Relationships & Family: Interpersonal conflicts, relationship issues, parenting challenges, and family dynamics.

  • Cognition & Focus: ADHD and executive functioning difficulties.

  • Life Events: Trauma, PTSD, personality disorders, and adjustment to major life transitions (career change, divorce, parenthood).

I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Marywood University in 2024 and have been providing clinical services for seven years. This experience includes extensive work across a range of different settings that allowed me to effectively support clients across the lifespan and from diverse backgrounds.

I offer both individual therapy and comprehensive psychological testing services for children, adolescents, adults, and families. When working with young clients, I partner closely with parents and caregivers to ensure that the tools and insights gained in session translate into lasting success and growth at home and school.

Ultimately, my goal is simple: to meet you exactly where you are and help you move toward where you want to be. My hope is that you leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and more connected to yourself.

If you are considering therapy, I welcome the opportunity to connect and see how we might work together. Reaching out can feel like the biggest step, but you don't have to navigate it alone.
