Hi, I’m Erika Carreon, a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate of Northwestern University. I work with individuals (16+), couples, and families. As an Asian immigrant therapist, I have found my own way of integrating personal insights and professional dedication into this work so that my clients experience being heard in a safe space & relationship. Having a broader understanding of trauma’s impact has been important in helping me prioritize compassion, sensitivity and respect. I’m here because I know healing is possible—and that relationships, when nurtured, can be

a source of deep joy, connection, and growth. Many of us intuitively feel our relationships—with ourselves and with others—are central to a meaningful life. While even with our best efforts, we can sometimes feel like they’re stuck in familiar, painful patterns, I am here to partner up to help explore new paths toward fulfillment, connection and understanding.
If you're seeking a deeper understanding of yourself—your story, your cultural and relational context—and you want to feel more grounded, empowered, and whole, I’d be honored to support you. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported.
I take a holistic perspective, honoring your cultural background, and the broader social forces that shape your experience. I draw from evidence-based modalities—including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Integrative Systemic Therapy—while offering practical tools that you can apply in your everyday life.
