I firmly believe everyone is exceptionally unique. As a therapist, my ultimate goal is to allow my clients to know and accept themselves as competent, complete, and safe. Nothing is more satisfying to me than empowering people to find their own path toward self-love and helping my clients find healthy perceptions of themselves and their relationships. Through our sessions, we will work collaboratively to identify and create strategies and coping skills that you can bring with you outside of our sessions into the real world.
I specialize in relational issues, anxiety/depression, ADHD concerns, and perfectionism. My approach is collaborative, kind, and gently challenging—I ask thoughtful questions, offer honest feedback, and walk alongside you as we explore what’s getting in the way of the life and relationships you want. I believe in fully accepting the present facts—even when they’re hard or not what we’d choose—so we can work with what is and open space for change.
In a world that can sometimes feel isolating, I help people discover new ways to feel closer to themselves and to others, no matter their orientation or relationship style. If you’re struggling with self-esteem, emotional connection, body image, anxiety, sexuality, conflict, (re)building intimacy, differing desires, arousal concerns, or the ups and downs of dating—you don’t have to go through it alone. Together, we’ll uncover patterns that no longer serve you and create room for more understanding, more meaning, and more closeness in your life.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I start with curiosity, honest feedback, and client-led exploration, then weave in other techniques when they truly support your growth. I’m also trauma-informed, Gottman's Couples Method certified, and certified as a Childhood Emotional Neglect (CEN) professional.
I tend to connect especially well with LGBTQ+ folk, neuro-spicy individuals, highly sensitive people, educators, academics, students, couples, and young professionals navigating competitive or demanding careers.
I offer both individual and couples therapy. My specialties include:
• Depression
• Anxiety
• LGBTQ-specific issues
• Relationship-based issues
• Life Transitions
• Relational Diversity (Nonmonogamy, polyamory, etc.)
I look forward to meeting you soon!
